    The toilet was not working when we arrived, and we reported the problem to the host immediately, at around 6:00 PM. At around 7:00 PM, the host informed us that someone would come to repair it, but then stopped replying to our messages. We waited until late at night, but nobody showed up. We reported the issue to Booking.com’s helpline. The Booking.com agent tried several times to contact the host by phone, but without success. The host does not answer phone calls, because they only speak Italian. The following day, after we had already checked out, the host sent us a message claiming that we had broken the toilet. We stayed in apartment 1B. Although it has direct access to the beach, the pathway is so dirty and neglected that it is impossible to use. In addition, the view from the apartment is terrible. There are strange structures and a tall fence directly behind the terrace, completely blocking the view of the beach. The attached photos show the view from our terrace and how dirty the area was.

    Mooi uitzicht

    Groot overdekt balkon met genoeg meubilair en uitzicht op zee. Ruim appartement. Strandstoelen en parasol aanwezig. Op straat genoeg ruimte om te parkeren. Op loopafstand een patisserie , Iceberg, met heerlijke broodjes, gebak en koffie.

    Ontbreken van koffiefaciliteiten ( gelukkig Iceberg zeer dichtbij) en toiletartikelen. Douchekop gammel..

    Расположение. Квартира соответствует описанию и фото. Очень красивый восход солнца наблюдали с балкона. С другого балкона ,с улицы , видна Этна.
