    La posizione

    È una casa piccolissima e molto umida e buia. I vestiti non asciugano . Ha una sola finestra le cui imposte devono rimanere chiuse perché da direttamente sulla strada.

    Ottima la posizione e il fatto di avere lo stabilimento incluso.

    Appartamento molto piccolo e molto poco illuminato. Spesso c'era odore di muffa.

    ottima posizione, prezzo elevato

    La posizione dell'alloggio è il suo punto di forza. Si trova ai piedi del borgo antico, a 10 metri da via Colombo, strada della costa di ponente lungo il mare dove si trovano i ristoranti, i bar, i negozi. Inoltre nel prezzo è compresa la spiaggia in uno stabilimento balneare carino e ben tenuto (costo 30 euro/giorno) lontano 10 minuti a piedi e il parcheggio in una struttura parzialmente custodita sotto tettoia (10 euro al giorno il prezzo standard distante però una ventina di minuti a piedi). L'assistenza è sempre stata precisa e tempestiva nel risolvere piccole problemi e mancanze nella dotazione. L'accesso avviene con il ritiro delle chiavi da un piccolo box con codice che viene comunicato via mail o messaggio. Non ho mai visto nessuno.

    La casa è ubicata al piano terra con la porta di ingresso che da direttamente sulla via ed una sola finestra sul lato cucina sempre affacciata alla stessa via. Per questo è sì fresca, ma umida, e assolutamente buia. Occorre sempre accendere la luce. Viene proposta per 4 persone ma in questo caso la ritengo assolutamente insufficiente: l'apertura del divano letto impedirebbe l'accesso al bagno dal matrimoniale se non scavalcando il divano letto stesso. Per due persone le dimensioni sono assolutamente sufficienti. La dotazione da cucina è essenziale, ma che brutto non avere 4 stoviglie uguali. Sperlonga non è una località a basso prezzo, ma quanto chiesto per l'alloggio a me pare esagerato. WIFI debole

    We basically used the accommodation to sleep as smell was overwhelming even with air conditioning on.

    Only redeeming feature of the accommodation was it’s location

    It was dark, with a smell of dampness. Very basic facilities, there was no information available in accommodation as to how to use facilities or turn on the air conditioning. We had to send messages via WhatsApp & await a response which was fine during office hours.
