    Near the beach

Location is great, near the beach. A lot of markets near by, as well as bus and tram stations. It is on the ground floor which was good for us with the kids and strollers. It was generally quiet.

There were couple of damaged chairs that could be replaced before someone falls and hurt themselves. Bed in the living room is also damaged and uncomfortable for sitting and laying. One day there was a storm and the drains didn't work properly.
