La ubicación
Los ruidos de los baños ,y los colchones no son muy cómodos. La terraza no estaba disponible para usarla y en la descripción de la reserva si esta en las fotos . Y le falta un poco más de limpieza .

Posizione Strategica, vicina alla stazione Porta Nuova e a pochi passi dal Centro Storico
Mansarda molto carina e ampi spazi con servizi e 4 camere. Situata in una zona molto centrale vicino alla stazione di Porta Nuova; a pochi passi dalle maggiori attrazioni del centro storico. L'host è stata molto disponibile, ci ha indicato tramite whatsapp tutte le informazioni necessarie per il recupero delle chiavi . Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto conveniente
L'appartamento ha un potenziale infinito, potrebbe costare il triplo con una opportuna manutenzione e pulizia più accurata.

The apartment was not great. Roof not refelcted as described and many broken things.
The apartment was very satisfactory. However there were not towels left out for the amount of people the property accommodates for, and 2/4 fans did not work. In august, this is not acceptable. Also only 1 of rhe showers had enough water pressure to work. As well as the fans, many of the plug sockets did not work, meaning we could not then use the fans as there was a very limited number of working plug sockets. Having arranged a 1pm check in time with the owner, I was not impressed to walk in at 1:30pm and have the cleaners still hoovering and cleaning, and then kick us out and tell us to return later. Also, the rooftop is NOT up to the standard of the photos. There are no extra chairs upstairs like the photo shows, and the sun loungers were dirty and therefore not usable. We had to lay towels down to sit. However, the property was still good enough for a 1 night stay with a roof and 4 walls. It is not overly accommodatable for people who cannot walk up stairs (with only a very small lift), however this was not an issue for us.
