    Spațiu bine compartimentat, foarte curat și situat într-o zonă foarte bună. Apartamentul dispune de foarte multe facilități. Accesul în locație e ușor de înțeles iar gazda a fost amabilă și comunicativă când am avut întrebări.

    Curat, bine amplasat, în apropiere de mall

    Confortabil, curat, cu toate facilitățile, foarte aproape de Iulius Mall (3-4 min), magazin non stop la parterul blocului, gazdă primitoare, posibilități de parcare în jurul imobilului.

    Scara blocului veche, semiingrijita.
