    Great location, underwhelming for price.

Great location, friendly staff. Useful having two sets of keys.

Power outlets not working, bathroom door handle (in hall) kept falling off, broken cupboard door in kitchen (kept swinging open behind dining table), antique air conditioners didn't function, Consumer Unit lid damaged from where a previous guest has tried to re instate power. Needs better maintenance, especially if guests are expected to pay a holding deposit.
