    Naples is a wild city! Casa Verde a lovely retreat next to the only park in town.

    The flat's location next to Capodimonti Park (if you're a runner, this is the best), and three major bus routes was perfect. Naples is a crazy city, and being on the main road was an immersive delight for us country dwellers. The Park is beautiful, Museo Acheologico and Metro lines are ten mins away. The flat has its own wee garden with cacti and lemon trees, plus another fruit tree perfect for breakfast, we found. The flat is well equipped, tons of hot water, great shower, central heating, and super terrace. There is a café below, with fantastic bakery. Two pizzeria within yards, and a Conad City supermarket 1 min walk. Do visit the Deli; he's a lovely guy and will sell you more than you need of his delicious products. From the flat, you can get to Garibaldi in 30 mins, then onto the Circumvesuviano line to Sorrento, Pompeii etc. Catacombs are six mins walk. The 168 & 178 busses take you to Via Toledo and the centre of town. Our hosts were exceptional, from guiding us through the transport system on arrival, meeting to hand over keys and show the flat, as well a checking all was well. We may well be back!
