    A lovely stay at Casa Vestali in a beautiful city.

    The location was perfect, so central to everything we needed.

    The only one thing of note was that twice we messaged requesting if we could have 2 separate pillows as we could not sleep using the long bolster pillow and both times, we did not get an acknowledgement or answer.

    Poor sleep spoiled our stay

    Nice clean property, looks recently renovated, in a good location. Best bathroom we’ve had on our trip so far. Kitchen facilities are a great addition, and not really highlighted in the description. You could happily cook a simple meal there if you wanted.

    Bed was really uncomfortable. Pillow was a shared bolster, very rubbery, narrow and high but other pillows were completely flat. Also bed has a thin plastic mattress protector so incredibly sweaty. I realise you have to protect the mattress but there are better solutions than that. We got very poor sleep during our 2 night stay as a result. Only one electrical socket near the bed and only 2 in the room (plus one in bathroom) - I had to charge my phone on the floor on the other side of the room. For a property so focused on technology this is a pretty big oversight.
