Excellent, friendly staff and superb breakfast. Very peaceful location surrounded by nature.
Juan Alberto was just Awesome! He was so welcoming and allowed us an early checkin as our plans had changed. The property is spectacular and the breakfast was superb. The room was excellent and the beds very comfortable. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were a blessing after a long journey. Everyone was really friendly and we felt really welcomed. Hope we make it back again!!

La tranquilidad, silencio en las noches y la cercanía con buenos lugares para comer y la plaza de lago real fue fantástico
No es que no me haya gustado, solo que decía desayuno incluido, el cual era muy rico, pero me hubiera gustado al menos dos alternativas. Huevo y algún guiso, o tal vez huevos al gusto y un guiso. No somos fans de desayunar huevo.

Very pleasant and would recommend.
Manager accommodated my need for a late checkout and was very friendly and helpful.
It was a single room. I would have preferred a one-bedroom suite but none were available.
