  Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

  Die Casa Vistabella ist ein Haus in kanarisch-spanischem Baustil in der Urbanizaciòn Bellavista, einem überwiegend (aber nicht nur) von Einheimischen bewohnten Quartier etwas am Rande von Costa Calma. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, gerade auch weil das Haus nicht im Touristenrummel liegt. Der Strand ist aber auch für Senioren gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Und für den Traumstrand Playa de Sotavento de Jandia ist ohnehin ein Auto nötig. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Als wir zu Beginn ein paar Probleme mit dem Internet hatten, kam die gute Seele Emilia sofort mit Ihrer erwachsenen Tochter, um uns zu unterstützen. Und ein Wunsch bezüglich der Küchenausstattung wurde auch sofort erfüllt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist wirklich vorbildlich. Es wird alles getan, damit sich die Gäste wohl fühlen. Zwar ist der größere Supermarkt im Zentrum, aber frische und leckere Baguettes am Morgen bekommt man ganz in der Nähe im Minishop la Despensa neben dem Hotel Taimar. Das Auto zu parken ist überhaupt kein Problem. Und die Müllabfuhr, die in einer Rezension beanstandet wurde, hat offensichtlich ihre Zeiten geändert. Wir haben sie gar nicht wahrgenommen. Das Haus entspricht absolut der Beschreibung. Wir würden es wieder mieten.

  Clean, comfortable, well stocked, good communication

  Property was very clean and with good facilities.

  Location was ok, but noise from refuse collection before 6am in the morning, I doubt anything could be done about local services doing their jobs, except maybe start a bit later?

  Superb

  The accommodation itself is spread over 2 levels. Downstairs there is a twin bedroom with the kitchen, living area and main bathroom, and upstairs is a double room with smaller bathroom and the 2 terraces. It was plenty large enough for us, a family of 4. There are a few quirky/pokey inner rooms to ponder. Location is very quiet and there is a children's play area right across the street.

  Location is somewhat away from the beach and restaurants/supermarkets, but we had a car so no big issue.
