Excellent stay, 100% recommend!
The location was excellent, super close to the Riva and the old town! Within a ten-minute stroll, you’ll find plenty of great places to eat, drink, and explore. The place also has a very quiet AC, ideal for sleeping. Bed is comfortable and all utilities work perfectly. Our host, Charles, made everything easy, from offering flexible check-in times to sharing personalized must‑do suggestions, recommendations, and handy maps. There was also coffee, tea and other beverages available for us (for free) Recommend 100%!

Una maravilla. Apartamento precioso en el centro de Split con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Elegante, cuidado y muy limpio. No se me ocurren muchos mejores sitios para estar en Split. Gracias, de forma especial, a Charles por su disponibilidad y amabilidad en todo momento.

Highly recommend for a short stay 1-4 nights.its small and cozy and perfect for a couple on a short trip
Location was perfect. Easy to access when we arrived. We saw many people dragging their bags thru old town. This is right on the edge of town. Flat easy walk from parking lot and in 2 minutes, you’re in the middle of everything. Perfect!
There really was no view to speak of. Not the property’s fault. It is what it is but would have liked to stay somewhere that had a view of the sea.
