    Wunderschöne Zeit in Rovinj

    Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Rovinj. Das Zimmer ist bezaubernd, sehr sauber und mitten in der Altstadt. Kristina hat uns vom kostenfreien Parkplatz in der Nähe abgeholt, jede Frage beantwortet und Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen wieder und möchten in Rovinj nur hier wohnen. Vielen Dank!!!

    Lokacija je super.

    Nažalost, ovo je jedno od onih iskustava koje vam potpuno pokvari boravak. Dok smo bile na plaži, vlasnica je bez ikakve prethodne najave i bez našeg dopuštenja ušla u apartman u kojem smo boravile. Smatram da je to apsolutno neprihvatljivo i veliko zadiranje u privatnost gostiju. Bez obzira na razlog ulaska, goste se mora unaprijed obavijestiti, a ne ulaziti u njihov smještaj dok ih nema. To što ste iznajmili apartman ne znači da vlasnik ima pravo ulaziti kad god želi i bez ikakvog objašnjenja. Nama je nakon toga bilo izrazito neugodno i izgubile smo osjećaj privatnosti i sigurnosti u vlastitom smještaju. Ovakvo ponašanje smatram krajnje neprofesionalnim i bezobraznim prema gostima. Da smo znale da vlasnica smatra normalnim ulaziti u apartman bez najave dok nismo tamo, definitivno ga ne bismo rezervirale. Zbog toga ovaj apartman ne možemo preporučiti i sigurno se ne bismo ponovno vratile.
