    Great location, but very poor communication with the host

    The apartment is in an excellent location, with beautiful views of the volcano and stunning sunsets. Parking is convenient, and there are plenty of outdoor spaces with tables and sofas, perfect for enjoying breakfast or an aperitif at sunset. The apartment is spacious, well maintained, and comfortable overall.

    Unfortunately, our stay was seriously affected by some significant issues. We had no running water for more than 24 hours, including no water to flush the toilet, which caused considerable inconvenience for three people sharing the apartment. We tried to contact the host several times to understand the situation, but he became completely unresponsive. Fortunately, a neighbour was able to reassure us and provide some information, but we would have expected much more care and assistance from the host, especially in such an uncomfortable situation. The same lack of communication occurred at check-out, when the host was again unavailable. In contrast, when he needed our personal details, he was extremely persistent, repeatedly calling us. Overall, communication with the host was very poor. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was very weak and only worked in certain areas of the apartment, with no reliable signal in the bedrooms. There was also a persistent, unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom.

    Que era una casa familiar siendo el personal muy amable con nosotros y estaban para lo que necesitábamos. Tenía una buena localización pudiéndote mover desde allí por la isla sin problema
