Tutto molto bello e curato. Casa molto ampia, anche troppo per le nostre esigenze in vacanza. Si trova tutto, come a casa propria, c'è addirittura uno spazio coperto adibito a lavanderia, compresa lavatrice e asciugatrice. Posteggio auto grande nelle vicinanze.
Viene chiesta una cauzione iniziale di 300€; restituita dopo ca. 1 mese. La posizione non è comodissima: bisogna salire fino al castello e la sera si devono percorrere vicoli poco illuminati. Abbiamo preferito spostarci in auto anche alla sera per arrivare in centro a Silves, anche se a piedi è comunque raggiungibile i 5 minuti.

Evening Sunset
The property location is excellent to explore the Mourish town of Silves. The property allows you a lofty view across the town giving you stunning views of the distant Monchique hills & stunning evening sunsets. We would certainly recommend it and would happily stay there again.

Good but unhappy with the financial terms imposed
The property is in a great location right in the historical centre of Silves.
Beware of the bait and switch. You think you’re booking with Booking.com but you soon get an email from owner asking for payment in full up front and a €300 deposit. While this is allowed by Booking.com there is nothing in the listing mentioning this. As a result you loose out on credit card points, which could be 2%, interest your bank would pay you on the fee and deposit for the extended time it is in the hands of the owner and an exchange rate hit in both directions for the deposit. Most importantly you lose your credit card protections!

Had a wonderful time
Very modern design, very beautiful, it’s in a perfect location, lots to do all in walking distance, or you can just enjoy the house, has two really nice sun terraces to relax and enjoy the sun, very comfortable beds with on suites, large dining area and living room, 2 kitchens , 1 indoor, 1 outdoor amazing place!!
