    Avoid at all cost or ruin your trip

    Arrived to villa full of locals apparently working on the pool but inside as well and appearedto just be hangingout smoking. Felt realy dangerous and shady, our driver spoke to them in Indonesian and said do not stay its not safe. Messaged management and they said to just stay and let the workers finish, the pool would be fixed in a couple days but we weren't going to take kids into that environment. From the little we saw the villa was dirty, not ready or safe. Management not helpful at all and was hard to even get instructions before we arrived as well as requested bond payments and passport pictures last minute without prior mention. Unable to get refunds as they said it was ready and was a nightmare trying to find last minute alternative accommodation as well as the extra expense we didn't allow for. Would highly recommend anywhere else at all or even arriving without having any accommodation booked would be a better choice.

    This accommodation very poor with many maintenance items not attended to

    The accommodation was not fit for purpose. Air con not working, mould apparent in rooms and smell intolerable. We did not stay here 1 night but booked another location.
