Al hacer el check-in nos estaba esperando el Sr. Terry a la hora acordada, el problema es que él lleva más de 10 años en España y no habla nada de español

Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig, toller Ausblick! Und mit dem Auto auch in 10 Minuten in Guardemar. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und war von der Größe her ideal für uns. Betten waren sehr bequem.
Leider hat das zweite Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage und der Deckenventilator hat auch nicht funktioniert. Der standventilator hat nichts gebracht. Es war doch, obwohl Oktober, einfach noch extrem heiß in der Nacht bzw das Haus war aufgeheizt. Die Person, die in diesem Zimmer schlafen musste, hatte daher leider kaum erholsame Nächte. Sehr schade! Ansonsten war das Haus echt top! Ein Ofen hat uns auch gefehlt.

La ubicación, camas muy comodas y la piscina de agua calentita. Tranquilidad, sin ruido alguno
La casa necesitaría un repaso de limpieza tanto interior como en la parte externa, deberia de quitar la comida que se queda de anteriores huespedes, denotando dejadez, tenia alfombras por todas las habitaciones y en el salón. La comunicación con la propietaria es correcta, pero ella delaga la bienvenida a sus agentes y no avisa de que no saben castellano, en caso de no saber ingles dificulta el entendimiento, logicamente. Tiene de puntuación un 8,8 en la app, pero más de un 6,5 no le daría.

Perfektes Haus mit schönen Gemeinschafts Pool.
Lage und Ausstattung des Hauses waren sehr gut! Gut gelegen am Golfplatz! Geschäfte und Gaststätten in der Nähe Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße.
