originelles Apartment für den besonderen Geschmack
Der Verwalter hat uns bereits empfangen und war sehr aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist originell und hat einen gewissen Zauber.
Das Schloss an der Haustüre ist nicht mehr in Ordnung und es kann schon mal 5 Minuten dauern bis man mit Geschick reinkommt (falls man nicht aufgibt). Besser wäre, wenn man den Türcode für die elektrische Öffnung bekäme. Es gibt nur einen Schlüssel. Wenn man zu mehreren da ist, muss man sich aufwändig absprechen.

Solo hay dos camas. Nos mintieron por escrito.
Nos vendió el alojamiento para 3 personas, específicamente con 3 camas. Cuando llegamos había las dos camas que se ve en la foto (bueno, había un colchón para perros, guardado en un mueble y unas mantas en otro, ni siquiera había otra almohada). intentaron engañarnos diciendo que para nuestra reserva dos personas dormían juntas en la misma cama, a pesar de que habíamos hablado con ellos por escrito y nos habían asegurado que teníamos una cama por persona. Cuando les enseñamos el chat su solución, entre sonrisas, fue que yo durmiese en un sofá (el que se ve en la foto) absolutamente incómodo y sin almohada

Excellent spot — walking distance to the Bellaro market, main street, close to all the city's highlights. Location alone is worth it.
Avoid. Seriously. The owner was cold and unwelcoming. We made a mistake with checkout time (thought 11:00, it was 10:00 — our fault), but instead of basic courtesy, he was dismissive and rude. Zero hospitality. Beyond that, the apartment lacks basic necessities. No reliable services, inconsistent with what was advertised. Morning services were unavailable when we needed them. This isn't a luxury issue — these are fundamentals. Bottom line: Location doesn't excuse poor service and missing basics. There are better options in Palermo. Skip this one.
