location details were confused, late and unclear and we probably got a fine because of the poor communication. The room was not clean. The spare was very small and not suitable for a family. The fan in the kitchen did not work the shower was tiny with no door so the whole bathroom got soaked when anyone had a shower. The kitchen draws did not open and close properly The fly screen door was broken. The location of the place was great and Ostuni is recommended, but this place is not recommended and the picture in the bookings.com ad do not relect what you will get when you get there. All these issues were reported to our contact who ignored us until the last day when they wanted to know what time we would check out.
