Price: I was there during the world cup games and I think it had a good price according of what you get. Price: you get a private room and private toilet, tv and Aircon for a really good price. Location: near restaurants, oxxos (24/7) and drug stores. The Self check inn and the privacy nobody is bothering you. During my first stay the owner was very attentive and always ready to answer. During my second stay not that much but let's suppose because he thought I already known everything about how to get there, get the keys and do the check in
Could be noise sometimes but it depends on the other guests. Also my first room had an outside window and neighbors smoked down there so if you don't like the smell maybe this could be a bad thing for you Also a bit noise the toilet pipes and they could be smelly but if you close the toilet door or turn on the Aircon the smell desapear... The location is not that bad but if you plan to move by public transport the first part is in a public bus that takes ages to appear. But if you replace it with a 50pesos Uber or a 25 minutes walk you will be next to the train station. Once there you can go everywhere by public transport Some stuff is already old and could be cleaner but I am pretty sure for the price you get more that what you pay If you are easy going, a backpacker, or traveling in a budget this place will be perfect for you. But if you pay too much attention into details maybe just pay a bit more and stay in other place.
