Bonne communication. Procédure d'arrivée simple . A proximité du marché et 10 minutes a pied de la plage . L'appartement est agréable

Malý vkusně zařízený byt, pro rodinu dostačující. Plně vybaven (klimatizace, pračka, lednice, bidet, fén, kávovar, nádobí atd.). Pohodlná postel. K bytu v posledním patře vede výtah. Umístění přímo u centra, na městskou pláž 10 min pěšky.
Nepohodlný pro spaní je rozkládací gauč. Bezplatné parkování u domu je nedosažitelné, je problém najít volné místo i na zpoplatněném parkovišti. Každé úterý a sobotu je potřeba přeparkovat kvůli trhům (doporučuji přejet k přístavu). Počítala jsem s tím, že budu pracovat na wifi, ta již několik měsíců nefunguje (prý nebyla uvedena už v době objednání ubytování - nejsem schopna dohledat). Na avizovaný Netflix a jiné streamy v TV tudíž můžete rovněž zapomenout. Město v sezóně je přeplněné (zejména nedoporučuji přejezdy autem) a špinavé.

Die Lage
Die Bettwäsche war offensichtlich schon oft benutzt und wirkte ungepflegt und seit sehr langer Zeit nicht mehr gewechselt worden zu sein. Das Sofa war sehr alt, verschmutzt und in einem schlechten Zustand. Es war äußerst unbequem, da die Matratze bereits stark durchgelegen war und deutliche Unebenheiten bzw. Ausbuchtungen aufwies.

Nicht zu empfehlen wenn man mit dem Auto anreist.
Wunderschöner Ausblick, Lift und alles im Appartement vorhanden.
Leider ist es sehr schwierig in der Umgebung ein Parkplatz zu finden. Auf dem grossen Parkplatz unterhalb des Appartments ist zwei mal in der Woche Markt und dann kann man nicht parkieren und die anderen Tage wird dort das parkieren sehr teuer wenn man überhaupt Platz findet. Sonst gibt es keine Möglichkeiten.
