Eine schöne Zeit mit Giovanni, die wir nicht vergessen werden.
Ein Haus mit Geschichte, ein Gastgeber, der ein Teil dieser Geschichte ist und darüber erzählt. Ein lieber und ein besonderer Mensch, der immer für seine Gäste da ist und deren Wünsche erfüllt. Alles sauber, das Frühstück abwechslungsreich, das Schlafzimmer klimatisiert und ein separater Parkplatz im Innenhof ist vorhanden.

Lädt zum Wiederkommen ein!
Was soll ich sagen? Lage = Top, Frühstück = Außergewöhnlich (jeden Tag von unserem Hausherrn Giovanni vorbereitet), Zimmer = leicht italienischer morbider Charme (das Casa ist ein älteres Herrenhaus in einem kleinen Park), Hausherr Giovanni = stets freundlich, charmant, steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wir als Österreicher sagen "er hat einen guten Schmäh", eigener Parkplatz! Lädt zum Wiederkommen ein!
Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist das externe aber eigene Badezimmer, das über den Gang erreichbar ist.

Molto piacevole
La colazione è buona, ma potrebbe essere migliorata. C'è un pò di tutto ma per un amante del vero cappuccino contornato da ogni leccornia risulta appena sufficiente.
Purtroppo la stanza dava sulla strada principale e dunque troppo rumore. Mancava inoltre il televisore.( spero sia stato un problema temporaneo perchè ho visto che la predisposizione prese c'è). Consiglio di trovare una soluzione per insonorizzare la stanza e di mettere il televisore. Con questi 2 accorgimenti sarebbe stato tutto molto più piacevole. Un plauso a Giovanni che è simpaticissimo e sempre molto disponibile.

Perfekte Unterkunft, um Lazise zu erkunden.
Das Haus und die Zimmer sind wunderschön und sehr geräumig. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Das Haus liegt direkt am Stadttor, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann, und trotzdem ist es angenehm ruhig. Giovanni ist der netteste Gastgeber, den wir auf unseren Reisen bisher kennengelernt haben. Er ist immer gut gelaunt, unglaublich freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und kennt sich in Lazise und der Umgebung hervorragend aus.
