  Great apartment. Management company are greedy and implement ridiculous rules. Avoid with kids

  Apartment itself is really nice, clean, very well equipped and furnished. There are loads of Irish things on the walls which made us feel right at home. Only complaint we could have is that there are a lot of ants in the apartment. Gardens are lovely. I would also call out that they let us move our dates by 4 days because of a passport issue. The problems are with the management company running the complex.

  Firstly, although they let us shift our dates, they proposed an elaborate scheme where we would cancel on booking.com and then pay them directly so they didn’t have to pay the commission to cover the extra days. We requested cancellation per their instructions but then they never answered the phone to us about it after that. We left it and the cancellation didn’t go through and we just stayed the extra days. But the communication and experience there smelled. €60 extra for a baby cot, the €4K we paid strangely wasn’t enough to cover it. Greedy practise from the property management company Oasis. The situation at the pool is insane. Firstly €2 per day for a sunbed, at an apartment complex pool!? Also, there is an attendant who is ridiculously strict. They watch that you shower before getting in and come running at you if you forget, treating adults like children. No jumping, not floaties and for god sake my son harmlessly had sinkies and was swimming down to get them and we got given out to “no toys of any kind in the pool”. I asked “no fun?” And was told, yes sorry, “no fun at this pool, go talk to the office”. The place is clearly run by pensioners who don’t have children or grandchildren. They’re trying to make it into a pensioners only pool by the sounds of it. There is another smaller pool with no attendant where kids can actually have fun, lots of folks went there, but it’s really small. And even then, some pensioners complained to us because our 6 year old was being loud. Pools are not deep, you cant stand in the deep end. I would strongly not recommend this place for anyone with kids. It’s a good 5 min walk to the pool and it’s hilly. Also, it would be a 2 min walk to the “no fun” pool but the management company have a gate shut and locked and make you walk around a very long way by about an extra 2-300 meters and it’s a steep hill.

  Perfect

  Oasis Properties were excellent. We needed to contact them a couple of times about small issues (beyond their control) and they responded immediately. Service was excellent. Excellent Property managers. The accommodation was excellent. Absolutely everything you need.

  Only draw back is that the snacks / cafe beside the pool wasn't open.

  Ter de dar uma volta maior para chegar até à piscina quando existe um caminho muito próximo que estava interditado
