  Not worth the price, not for family with seniors and kids

  We really wanted to like this villa, but unfortunately our stay was disappointing. The villa feels old, and the windows made a lot of noise. We thought it would be suitable for a family with seniors and kids, but it was not very convenient because the villa has 3 stories. The first floor has no bedroom, and you need to either go outside or upstairs just to use the restroom. One of the main reasons we rented this place was because we wanted to cook, but the stove did not work properly. We reported it, and they checked it the first time and told us it would work if we kept using it, but by night time it still was not working. We complained again, and they tried to fix it once more. Also, the shower broke while we were using it. Another issue was the location. The villa is very high uphill, and it was difficult going back and forth, especially with family. We had to pay for an e-trike to get to the villa from the beach. The listing mentioned beach path access online, but it was not as easy or convenient as we expected. Considering the condition, layout, and issues we experienced, we also felt that we paid more than what the villa was worth. Overall, the place did not meet our expectations and was not practical for our family.

  Family house made to enjoy boracay 100%

  Everything is very comfortable and in a nice and neat state. The help of Dong and Vhon always glad to be of service adds an enormous value to the property!

  Maybe price above average for the area and not being exactly beach-front, but definitely worth the price you pay for it.

  I dare you to find a better spot on Boracay with all the amenities of home!!

  Perfect, amazing, wow!! The location was in perfect walking distance to DMall and very easy to get trikes to get you up the small hill to the house if you were feeling hot and lazy!! The house boys, Dodong and Von, were amazing. You hardly knew they were there but were always available when required and knew all the people to know!! Nothing was too much trouble. They prepared an amazing feast for us which was sooo cheap and more than we could fit in our bellies!! The pool was cleaned daily and was an inviting retreat from the heat. Towels were also replaced when asked. Private massages under the cabana was an added bonus! The views from the tower (4th floor) were amazing. A great spot to watch the sunset away from the crowds. Air con was awesome, full kitchen with an abundance of utensils, plates etc. 10/10 and will hopefully be back to this gorgeous place again.

  There were 9 of us, plenty of room, but a few felt some of the mattresses could do with a topper. Small complaint for everything else we loved.
