    Excellent As Always

    Fourth time we've stayed at the hotel - always our first choice for our trips to New York. The hotel is classically stylish. The staff are impeccably friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is a great feature as we are not big on big breakfasts! And the location is really at the heart of action.

    Good location, but I wouldn't repeat.

    Great location, nice snacks in the lounge all day, pleasant staff!

    The room wasn't too clean. Our sheets were stained and the daily cleaning did not leave us feeling like the room was actually cleaned. Moreover, the carpeted floors should probably just be done away with...I'm not sure how long it has been since that was thoroughly cleaned.

    Amazing stay. Staff was awesome and polite. The 24hr coffee bar was a plus and snacks provided. They had plenty of water

    Walking distance to Times Square and restaurants and broadway

    A bit outdated, but it’s all subjective
