    No lo anuncien con aparcamiento pues cuesta mucho aparcar

    No tiene ascensor aún siendo un primero. El aparcamiento es complicado al ser una zona muy concurrida

    Bel appartement si on ignore ses défauts

    Logement spacieux et clair. Bien équipé mais manque torchons et planche à découper. Très central.

    Accueil inexistant : boîte à clés humaine au pied de l immeuble, sans information ni indication de quel appartement il s agissait (pas de no sur les portes). Problème de WC cassé signalé dès l arrivée, non résolu avant notre départ. Pas de communication. La situation en centre ville le rend hyper bruyant: trafic, commerces/restos sous l appartement. Se garer sur le parking gratuit relève du coup de chance, s armer de patience. Le plancher est tellement rayé par le déplacement des meubles qu'il donne une.impression de manque d entretien. Finalement manque de service par rapport à la qualité du bien et au tarif de la location.
