    Posto bello ma da sistemare

    La quiete all'interno di un maneggio

    Le camere, probabilmente belle al momento della realizzazione, risultano oggi completamente prive di manutenzione. Mancavano le ante della doccia, l'armadio inutilizzabile e la camera utilizzata come deposito di oggetti di ogni genere. A peggiorare la situazione, abbiamo riscontrato la mancanza di acqua calda a causa di un guasto alla caldaia, risolto dalla proprietà dopo oltre 308 minuti. I proprietari, che al momento non erano presenti in struttura per motivi legati ai turni di chiusura, si sono comunque adoperati prontamente per risolvere il problema, nonostante la distanza. Ho apprezzato il gesto di offrire la colazione come forma di scuse per il disagio. Purtroppo, anche il rientro serale è stato problematico: le luci che illuminavano il percorso dal parcheggio alle camere erano spente, costringendoci a utilizzare le torce dei telefoni per raggiungere la stanza. In conclusione, ho apprezzato la disponibilità della proprietà nel cercare di rimediare agli inconvenienti, ma la struttura necessita di una manutenzione decisamente più accurata e di una maggiore attenzione ai servizi essenziali e alla sicurezza degli ospiti.

    We very much enjoyed our stay, the quiet location was great to return to after the crowds in Rome!

    Quiet location in the countryside, delightful and helpful staff, comfy bed, warm room and great to see all the horse activity. Excellent coffee and fresh coissant!

    No hot water following an electrical storm, but it was obviously outside the hotel's control. The path to the accomodation was not well lit up at night.
