La vue est incroyable. La piscine est magnifique. La literie est de qualité. Le concierge est très sympathique et réactif.
Très peu de vaisselle et pas de produits de base pour le jour d'arrivée (dosette de café, bouteille d'eau ou autre). La propreté n'est pas irréprochable. Beaucoup de fourmis dans la cuisine, impossible de laisser un aliment sur le plan de travail.

simplemente le falta renovar utensilios de primera necesidad, y sobre todo hacerr una prevencion sobre plaga de hormigas dentro de la casa, por lo demas todo perfecto¡¡¡

Casale Giuletta is situated in an excellent location for visiting Scopello and the surrounding areas. The villa has everything you need and Giovanni the owner couldn’t of been more helpful

Disappointing
The pool, the view to the sea from the villa/pool. The quietfullness. Poolarea with kitchen, unfortunately we had several problems during our stay that they reduced the joy of our stay.
We had issues almost every day in the villa including the AC, electricity in general, the whole kitchen is infested with ants, the oven doesn’t work properly and causing the main fuse to go off/short circuit. The owner came, and sometime with his caretakers and electricians to fix things (temporarily) but we always felt it was required our attention so we couldn’t entirely relax and enjoy our very needed vacations. The villa is rustic which has its charm but many of the furniture, electricity and the appliances need a refurbishment, several items are in an almost broken condition, and we felt the owner extenuated the seriousness of the facts/problems the house has, when we brought that up. We experienced the owner quite aggressive on our last day, and accused us of breaking a lamp (we didn’t break it, we had so many problems with the electricity and didn’t almost have any lamps on because of this) and we suspected this was already broken.
