    A very comfortable countryside stay with an outstanding host

    The host, François, provides tasty and ample breakfasts, and delicious cappuccinos, daily. He is also a friendly and engaging host who made our morning breakfast and conversations with him one of the highlights of our visit to the Val d’Itria. Casalento is a beautifully and lovingly renovated property that accommodated us very comfortably during our 6 night stay. It is located within easy and scenic drives to Ostuni, Martina Franca, Cisternino, Monopoli and Ceglie Messapica. The bed is big and comfortable and the furnishings have been thoughtfully and tastefully selected. The rooftop terrace also offers wonderful views of the scenic countryside. Don’t miss the bike path nearby…even without bikes it offers a leisurely walk through the trulli-dotted country.

    Nothing…if you’re looking for a relaxing stay that is centrally located in the countryside I cannot recommend Casalento highly enough.

    Het was heerlijk!

    De rust van de omgeving en de geweldige gastheer die ook nog over de kwaliteit bezit om een mooi ontbijt neer te zetten met zelfgemaakte jam en zelf gebakken brood vers uit de oven. Francois heeft ons ook heel veel waardevolle tips gegeven voor bezoekjes in de omgeving.

    François was top. Gaf veel goede tips. Elke morgen een zelfgemaakt vers ontbijt in goed gezelschap van de poes Rustige ligging tussen de olijfbomen. Een aanrader.

    Incroyable ! ☀️

    Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable a Casalento ! Le logement est parfait, l’emplacement très pratique et François, notre hôte, nous a très bien conseillé pour découvrir la région et nous a préparé un délicieux petit déjeuner chaque matin. Nous reviendrons sans hésité !
