  CasaMya is located roughly halfway between Sant’Antioco and Calasetta. It is quite secluded, which was exactly what I wanted, although I would recommend having a car, as the access road does not appear to have a pavement. The accommodation shares the same grounds as the owners’ house, but I still had plenty of privacy. There is also an enclosure next door with two horses and a donkey, which was a lovely addition. The owners have two larger dogs, but they mostly stay inside their home, so I hardly encountered them. The accommodation was very clean, with a nice bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen and everything needed to prepare your own meals. Mosquito screens have now been installed on all the windows, addressing a point mentioned in some older reviews, so the windows can be left open without worrying about mosquitoes. The air conditioning also worked perfectly. On arrival, I found water in the fridge and a generous basket of pastries, bread, jams and other food, which was very welcome after a long journey. During my stay, the hot water stopped working once, and about two days later the water supply stopped completely because of a problem with the external water tank, following a major storm. The first issue only required a gas cylinder replacement, and both problems were dealt with immediately. When I returned to the accommodation that afternoon, everything was working perfectly again. Unexpected problems can happen anywhere, and what mattered to me was how quickly and helpfully the owners responded. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would happily recommend CasaMya.

  We enojoyed our stay, good apartment

  Nice hosts, easy to organize check-in, apartment as described & expected, we had a good stay

  just one detail: the chairs are uncomfortable if you sit for longer, a cushion would help

  Poco proattività da parte del proprietario di casa

  La casa rispecchia la descrizione dell'annuncio.

  Al nostro arrivo la lavatrice non funzionava e non siamo rimasti assolutamente soddisfatti del modo in cui il proprietario di casa ha affrontato la situazione.

  Cucina completa. Bagno grande con doccia altrettanto grande. Parcheggio davanti all'ingresso molto comodo (all'interno di un cortile con cancello elettrico). Padroni di casa disponibili e molto cordiali.
