Comfortable and convenient
Location was very handy...close to the train station. Because Modena is small and walkable, we were also quite close to the centre. This made it easy to do day trips to other areas in the region, like Bologna. The property was very comfortable in every way possible: the bed was great, the kitchen had all the necessary basics, there was a washer, ironing board and iron, and the property was spacious.
There is no elevator, but luckily we only had to carry the luggage up one flight of stairs.

Very high standard apartment within walking distance of all the main attractions of Modena.
Lovely apartment with everything you need for your stay. Great AC, fully equipped kitchen, great pillows, plenty of room for two adults and 3 kids. We arrived late and were exhausted it was a lovely sanctuary for two nights. All TV apps for kids. This is a great base for Modena 2 mins from train station and 14 mins into the town walking very pleasant. Great communication with hosts thanks for a great stay :)

Una bellissima scoperta
La casa è comodissima, a pochi minuti di passeggiata dal centro storico. È dotata di tutti i comfort, accogliente, pulita e ben riscaldata. Letti comodissimi (anche il divano letto!). C'è la possibilità di lasciare l'auto proprio sotto casa (sono strisce blu, a pagamento, ma con una decina di euro stazioni tutto il giorno). Lo staff è stato molto attento e disponibile, senza essere invadente. Ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti per il soggiorno.
