Die Lage und die wunderbare Aussicht.
Das Haus hat einen gewissen "Geruch". Es bietet zwar eine große Terrasse mit einer schönen Aussicht. ABER: Das Mobiliar ist enttäuschend. Vier alte Stühle, ein kleiner Tisch, drei Sitzsäcke, die in die Jahre gekommen sind. Keine Pflanzen, keine Blumentöpfe oder ähnliches. Kein Sonnenschutz, wie Schirm oder Markise. Keine Details, die den Aufenthalt im Freien angenehm gestalten. Da kann man definitiv mehr draus machen. Die Matratze in dem einen Doppelzimmer ist sehr hart und unangenehm, vielleicht auch einfach nur alt. Zudem sind im ganzen Haus Risse und Macken in oder an den Wänden. Wieso bessert man sowas nicht einfach aus? Manche Handtücher könnten besser duften. Wenn man eine Waschmaschine stellt, sollte auch ein Wäscheständer in ausreichender Größe dabei sein, um die Sachen auch trocknen zu können. Alles in allem ist das Haus in Ordnung, aber für diesen "Sommerpreis" kann man mehr erwarten.

Stunning setting. Small changes could make a significant difference.
Stunning location. Spectacular vista out to sea. Plenty of room for 5 people.
Big and little things. Little things that could make a difference - no cleaning products, staying for 5 days and one bin bag and one dishwasher tablet, a coffee machine but no pods. A washing machine - no detergent. Mop but no cleaner. Nothing to wipe a surface with. Obviously trying to tighten the belt, but lowered standards. The house sleeps 6 but only outdoor seats for 4. Slightly bigger thing being the smell of damp. It’s by the sea and has quite a lot of wooden furniture so despite the diffusers there is a significant smell unfortunately.

Die Aussicht
Aussicht top, haus sehr abgelegen. Ganzes haus extrem feucht mit sehr starkem modrigem geruch. Alle schraenke und schubladen inkl Bettwäsche riechen extrem stark. Wir wuerden das haus nicht mehr nehmen !! Modriger geruch wurde schon vor 2 jahren beanstandet. Dies ist dem vermieter wohl egal……
