Excelente hotel, habitaciones super comodas, la cama es un placer. Cerca de todo caminando.
La comodidad de la cama y la calidad de atención del personal
Que estuvieran cerrados los bares del hotel y a la ducha le falta un poco de presión de agua.

Grande localização e um bom atendimento focado em resolver o problema do cliente!
Inicialmente tive um imprevisto com o quarto que foi reservado na REcolaeta, porém, a recepcionista do front desk, me ajudou a realocar para Palermo, e com isso a experiência foi muito boa. Boa vontade da atendente Daniela, foco em resolver o problema do cliente. Boa localização, bom café da amnhã.
Foi tudo muito bom, porém, relato que a qualidade das toalhas de banho, após a primeira noite, estavam muito ruins, usáveis sim, limpas também, mas estavam bastante desgastadas.

Hotel bem localizado, muito limpo, cama confortável, atendentes gentis, eficientes e educados.
Cafe da manhã com pouca variedade e acústica do hotel precisa melhorar, ouve-se barulho no corredor, nos outros quartos...

Muy buena estancia, en hotel muy bien ubicado.
En general el hotel esta muy bien para el precio, me gustó mucho la zona de SPA, la disfrute al máximo.
En general todo bien.
