    Worst booking.com recommendation ever

I have already contacted booking.com about this bad apartment, dirty, uncomfortable beds (ikea colds bed, mattress fall off, 3 inch think foam!!!) kitchen counter large crack below sink and cooker, filled in with broken cement. Kitchen tiles and bathroom tiles cracked covered with mats. Dirty, mould shower tray (I bleached myself) apt owned and cleaned by man Aldo 60 plus. I am awaiting contact from booking.com on reply and refund. The only reason u stayed because i was sick….
