Please note that rooms and apartments have different check-in and check-out times: Rooms: Check-in: from 15:00 Check-out: until 12:00 Apartments: Check-in: from 16:00 Check-out: until 11:00 Please note that double or twin rooms can only accommodate children up to 2 years old in a cot. Please note that payment of the total amount of the reservation is required upon check-in. Please note that extra beds for children between 3 and 12 years old are free and for adults they are not included in the total price of the reservation. Please note when booking [5] rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that pets are allowed (as long as it weighs up to 10 kg) in the apartments or Villas at an extra charge of 25€ per pet, per day and a deposit of EUR 100 per pet and vaccination records will be requested for any damages or accidents caused by the animal. Please note that only a maximum limit of 1.000€ in cash payments are allowed. From December 2025 until the 01st of January 2026 the apartments will be available exclusively on a Room Only basis. During this period, some resort facilities will be temporarily closed, including: hotel rooms, restaurants, bar, spa, and kids club. Reception will remain operational from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and will be located at Apartment No. 601. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Hotel ótimo a necessitar de remodelação e modernização
Pequeno almoço riquíssimo, maravilhoso e bem distribuído. Comida ótima, fruta fresca, stand de ovos top.. Café Nespresso com mini pastéis de nata é sempre aquele extra. Funcionários fantásticos e super organizados. Zona das piscinas ótimas e ultra confortáveis. Piscinas são de água fria.. mas são lindas e dão um conforto à mente. O jardim é super bonito e super arranjado A cama era enorme, um bocadinho dura.. mas dei-me bem com ela.. talvez arranjaria era um menu de almofadas :)) SPA com ótimos serviços. A Inês é espectacular. Saí super relaxado Bar de altíssimo nível com funcionários fora do comum. Delicados, profissionais, sorriso fantástico. Adorei. Zona envolvente com passadiços maravilhosos junto à falésia. Descansei verdadeiramente
O hotel vai ser sujeito a remodelação, pelo que pergunto se poderão ter em consideração os seguintes pontos: Chão envolto da piscina necessita de levar uma camada de resina, para podermos andar descalços; Recepção necessita de outro tipo de entrada, mais charmosa e espaçosa; Acesso dos quartos tem alcatifa que precisa de atenção; Gostaria que o ginásio ficasse ao pé do SPA.. penso que teria toda a lógica ter acesso aos serviços sem ter que atravessar edifícios diferentes (hotel Sheraton Porto); SPA necessita de atenção, assim como os balneários que não dão privacidade o suficiente (quem abre a porta do corredor, pode ver-nos nus); A WC social da recepção é muito básica para um hotel do género (daí sugerir remodelação); Aconselharia a terem um código QR nos chapéus da piscina, para fazer pedido de bebidas e snacks (hotel Epic Sana); Precisa de dar maior ênfase a postos de carregamento elétrico no futuro. Adorei o hotel e o spot onde esteve. O meu quarto era ótimo - um pouco envelhecido, no r/c voltado para a piscina. Quero voltar para o mesmo quarto (128) e ver o hotel remodelado. O Preço estava alto para um hotel em vésperas de remodelação.

Excellent hotel. Small finishing touches. Worth visiting
Nice installations. Apartments are very large and well equipped. Nice Pool.
The diver buffet was a little bit short to be 5 stars. There was 1 lie cook with some peaces o fish/meat. We consider (for the price you pay per day) that the diner should be more exclusive. Having Halfboard we understand that the wine is not included, but they also charge the coffee. This is really not done at a 5 star hotel.
