    Agradable y tranquila

Collecting the keys from a location up the hill and in town was inconvenient when I was travelling with small children and carrying luggage. All communication seemed to be automated or with a bot, rather than a real person. The neighbours at the property had to help us find the front door etc. and were not happy that this host uses a key pick up lock box in town - they said the law/eitquette in Spain is that you should be met in person at the property. I would encourage the host to change this in futire.
