“Authentic old-world Sicilian charm, a lovely host, and a smooth, relaxing stay from start to finish!”
We had a wonderful stay at Case Natoli! The apartment has a beautiful old-world charm, with a classic, traditional style full of character and taste. If you appreciate historic interiors and places with a unique atmosphere rather than modern, minimalist design, you will absolutely love it. Our contact person was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive, always answering our questions quickly and making sure everything went smoothly. The entire experience was effortless, well organized, and relaxing from start to finish. We truly appreciated the warm communication and the easy check-in process. It was a lovely place to stay while exploring Palermo, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic experience with a touch of old Sicilian charm!

un propriétaire qui ne tient pas parole
LA CLIMATISATION ETAIT EN PANNE ALORS qu'IL FAISAIT UNE CHALEUR ECRASANTE. La poubelle de la chambre a l'étage n'avais pas été vidée. Le propriétaire s'est engagé à nous rembourser une des deux nuits mais cela fait des semaines qu'il nous "balade" sans nous rembourser.

The location was absolutely stellar, it was right in the middle of the city with access to everything that we could want. The host was communicative just enough to get everything that we needed. The property was beautiful with all sort of little touches like coffee and biscuits as well as cold water in the refrigerator.
The mattresses could have been a bit more comfortable, they were on the hard side, also a few extra pillows would be great.
