  Чистая квартира, близко к морю и всем достопримечательностям. Очень уютная, есть все необходимое. Хозяйка была очень добра и помогала во всех вопросах, которые возникали. Советую оставаться в этих апартаментах!

  Poorly maintained, noisy, and not worth the climb

  We were welcomed with two litres of cold water in the fridge, which was really refreshing. There are two separate toilets, which are very useful if you are not a solo traveller. The bus station is literally next door, as is the train station. There was always hot water in the taps, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Nearby, you can find the best cappuccino in Palermo at Torrefazione Amato, as well as the Bacio Nero bakery and Zangaloro Meat Factory.

  This part of the city is packed with late-night drinking fellows, some of whom even sleep on the benches. When you finally reach the fourth floor (without an elevator), you are welcomed by the horrible odor of very old furniture while catching your breath. When you open the window, the noise is unbearable (also coming from the previously mentioned fellows and the city traffic), so we didn't use the terrace either. Then you think you should turn on the air-conditioning unit, but of course, it isn't working. We also didn't like the fact that we weren't informed in advance that the city tax could only be paid via PayPal. Since we had paid for the accommodation much earlier, this should have been communicated to us in a timely manner. If you are about to use the toilet, make sure not to throw toilet paper or tissues into it (this is literally stated in a framed notice on the wall), but to take the waste out with you when leaving the apartment. The problem is that you're gonna need to carry it for a few blocks until you find a rubbish container. Also, be extra careful to read the “Don't touch” labels placed around the apartment. The shower grows a variety of fungal types, including on the showerhead.

  Páčilo sa mi že v centre sme boli za 5 min a na vlakovej stanici za dve minuty, čiže lokalita, skromný malý balkonik a dobre riešený klimatizovaný apartmán hlavne super dispozične riešený

  Jediné mínus bol pohľad na park pred stanicu kde sa zdržiavali bezdomovci

  Miejsce warte polecenia, czuliśmy się tam dobrze

  Obiekt zadbany z wyraźnie oddzieloną częścią sypialnianą od salonu. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Pokoje były czyste i zadbane.

  Mieszkanie usytuowane jest tuż przy dworcu kolejowym i autobusowym, co zawsze ściąga specyficzną "klientelę" okupującą mały placyk przed kamienicą :) - taki urok każdego większego miasta. Mieszkanie nieodpowiednie dla osób, które nie lubią chodzić po schodach.

  Excellent stay.

  The apartment had excellent air conditioning and retained the coolness while out. Located right next to the bus station and less than a 10 minute walk from a Lidl. The apartment felt homely and the bed was very comfortable.
