    Gute Lage, in 10 Minuten fußläufig im Zentrum

    Einfahrt befindet sich im Hinterhof, wo alte Kühlschränke und Waschmaschinen auseinander gebaut werden. Duch vergitterte Fenster und Türen ist die Erdgeschoss Wohnung sehr dunkel und trist. Hof des Hauses ist mit dreckigen Stühlen und zwei Tischen nicht einladend.

    La posizione centrale al tempo stesso al riparo dai rumori cittadini. Camere molto ampie e funzionali. Possibilità di parcheggio interno. E cortile privato ideali per momenti di relax in privacy assoluta.

    Bon séjour!

    Nous avons eu un très bon séjour a la case vacanze. Confortable, très propre, calme pour Catane. Internet, climatisation impeccable. Enrico répond rapidement aux questionnements.A cinq minutes à pied du magnifique monasterio dei Benedettini (visite conseillée) et a 10 minutes du centre historique. Conforme à nos attentes, on y est bien!…il est vrai que l’extérieur immédiat de l’appartement n’est pas invitant comme certains commentaires ont souligné mais 2 minutes plus loin c’est tres bien. Parking apprécié et sécuritaire mais il faut une petite voiture et un peu d’habileté pour y entrer! Merci!

    Une plusgrande cafetière serait appréciée!

    Vicinanza al centro.

    Zona un po' degradata. Parcheggio interno troppo complicato, rischio seri danni alla macchina. Bidet non presente, sebbene fosse indicato e presente nelle foto. In realtà è una semplice doccetta.
