Quiet, clean apartment in a perfect location
Before we started our journey the host contacted me, asking about the arrival time. During we were in contact too. Half our before arrival to the apartment I let her known the time. Giulia came to the apartment with the keys and showed everything in the apartment. The location was very good, almost in the old city, The apartment was very clean, enough places for our clothes. Overall it is a perfect apartment, we enjoyed it a lot.

Would definitely go back - excellent place in an excellent location
I loved the place - very clean, everything you need is there, quiet as located at the back of the building. Excellent automated shutters and a powerful and quiet AC. It didn't have an ironing board, which I needed since I was traveling for work, and the hosts brought in a brand-new one the morning after my arrival! The washing machine in the unit allowed me to travel light with only my carry-on luggage and still have clean clothes despite the ongoing heatwave; the little terrace was perfect to dry clothes and have morning coffee. Location was amazing: ALDI around the corner, fantastic fruit grocer, and 5 min walk to the arena - my colleagues who were staying in much more expensive hotels further away were very impressed.
This was self-check-in, which I liked; however, the host insisted on calling them 30 min before arriving - their WhatsApp account doesn't support calling, so I had to use my expensive international roaming to do that. I was then sent a checkin video which was great but cumbersome to watch on my small phone screen, kept resetting everytime I was pausing it to follow the instructions step by step. It is a generic video so it could have been sent by email prior to the trip to enable easy review at home. The key to the main interior door fits in the lock both ways, but will only unlock in one orientation - don't spend 5 min like me fighting with it - rotate it 180 degrees! After 24 hours of travel, in the heatwave, with luggage, this was not a great way to start the stay and could have been alleviated by sending the instructions earlier.
