CHECK – IN / CHECK - OUT Check- in is from 2:00 pm until 7:30 pm. For arrivals after 7:30 pm ther is a supplement of euro 30 to be paid cash. After 11:00pm the supplement is €50. The day before your arrival our check in assistant will get in touch with you in order to arrange your rendezvous at the apartment. Upon arrival you’ll be kindly asked to provide a copy of your passports and the payment of the city tax (euro €2,50 per person per night. Free under 12 y.o.). Check out is at 10:00 am.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Private, quiet, comfortable villa with amazing views and private terraces to soak up the sunsets.

    The peace and quiet of having our own villa was an absolute treat! The three different terraces were a great place to enjoy the view at all times of the day and the kitchen facilities and full size fridge meant we were able to do some cooking easily. The washing machine was a godsend! Once checked in, Guilio gave us some great recommendations and helped out with any questions we had. He even went out of his way to make a dinner reservation for us when we were unable to make contact with the restaurant ourselves. We walked to town often which took around 15 mins along the road, but the cars were pretty careful of pedestrians. We also took an early morning dip at Arienzo beach and had the whole beach to ourselves! Also happened to find some beautiful sea glass on the beach, too.

    A few small hiccups with check in were quickly sorted. Earlier communication regarding check in would have been beneficial as we were travelling from another country and I had to reach out to find out the details.

    Increíble, limpieza top y ubicación inmejorable

    La limpieza del alojamiento era estupenda y el entorno de su jardín con frutas y vegetales era precioso, y las vistas y ubicación inmejorable. Además Giulio fue encantador, nos atendió muy bien y estuvo pendiente de nosotros durante toda la estancia.
