  Dirty.

  Just location

  Everything else: there was no washing machine, no garden view (all we could see from the window were some parking spots with cars). There was some condensation, the shower didn’t work properly. Lots of ants. ***Clarifications Regarding Inaccuracies in the Property’s Response*** I would like to clarify several points in the property’s response, as some of the statements do not accurately reflect our experience. 1. Laundry service: The dry-cleaning service was offered as "extra" service, unclear if it was then offered FoC, but just for few items. The only option offered free of charge was to take our clothes to the owners’ home to be washed in their personal washing machine, which I considered not an acceptable substitute for a washing machine in the property or a free professional laundry service. 2. Additional cleaning: The property claims that free cleaning was offered. However, there is no mention of any such offer in our message exchange. 3. Shower issue: While I agree that the hosts came to inspect the shower promptly, the issue was not resolved during our stay. I was informed that it had been resolved only after we had checked out, and no evidence was provided to confirm that the problem had actually been fixed. Therefore, describing the issue as having been “resolved promptly” is misleading. 4. Views from the property: The hosts refer to beautiful views of the Phlegraean Fields, Ischia and Procida shown in the listing photographs. However, these views are not visible from the house itself. The actual view from the property was of the cars parked in the parking area immediately outside. 5. Balcony and garden view: There is no balcony, and there is no garden view from the house. The only view we had was of the parking area. 6. Refund offer: We did not request a refund; the property offered refunds on multiple occasions, but the amounts offered were insufficient to compensate for the inconveniences we experienced. Hence I declined the offers.

  La porta scorrevole del bagno. Il posto auto interno.

  Umidità e odore di muffa Asciugamani con cattivo odore Bagno troppo piccolo, scaldabagno troppo piccolo per 2 docce C'è troppo spazio tra la porta e la soglia...entra sporco e freddo... Un bel tugurietto...
