    Cute place in charming location, offered at a fair price. Just be aware of the tradeoffs.

    Charming, well-designed space on quiet alleyway restricted to foot traffic. Tall ceilings. Good light from above in combo kitchen-living room. Host responsive to needs, such as providing knives for kitchen and adapters to render outlets functional.

    Parking challenging--average walk three blocks uphill. Electric outlets do not accept European plugs and require specialized Italian adapter. Washing machine capacity limited to one day of clothes for one person. Refrigerator very noisy. Water tank refill noise behind bedroom wall disturbs sleep every morning from 7:00 to 7:30 AM. No windows to look out of, despite excellent location in upper Modica overlooking entire valley.

    Casetta ristrutturata da poco, ben arredata con aria condizionata, e letto comodo, in zona caratteristica nel centro storico Barocco di Modica Alta.

    Dopo il primo giorno di ambientamento e orientamento, abbiamo trovato dei punti di riferimento preziosi: la favolosa “pasticceria Fede”, la pizzeria “Mille e una Notte”, il Mini Market in Corso Santa Teresa ecc. Qualità gentilezza al Top! Abbiamo visitato le molte Spiagge di sabbia d’orata Ragusane con bellissimo mare verde. Ci torneremo.
