    Great location, quiet inside despite crowds outside, great terrace, but slightly expensive and the bathroom is subpar.

    Location was really good. Staff was very nice. The terrace is a big plus and we did a lot of sunbathing there. Quite a luxury if you had to pay for that independent space in other places. And also that there is a functional living room with windows facing the port. Importantly, sound insulation was very good. You can barely hear the loud crowds outside when the windows are shut.

    The bathroom could be better. Slightly smelly, small, with a small place to shower which could easily get the rest of the bathroom wet. The price was also a bit steep considering the quality (how modern and “nice”) it was.

    Pictures look good, but the reality is far from it.

    Great location, easily walkable to all areas of Monopoli. Quiet despite being on a marina and near restaurants. Beautiful view from the terrace.

    Air conditioning does not function properly. Unit could not get below 80* F. Dishes were dirty, chipped and mismatched. We had to wash everything before using it because we didn’t trust it was clean. Umbrella on the terrace was broken upon arrival, making the terrace too hot in the sun to enjoy. Local host arrived late to greet us and took her time to fix the issues.

    A fantastic apartment in the heart of Monopoli, perfectly located for exploring the best bars and restaurants, with stun

    This was such a good find in Monopoli. It’s centrally located to all the right bars and restaurants and easy to access. The views from the kitchen and bedroom of the old port were just amazing. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and the added bonus was was the roof terrace which provided a nice break from the bustle of the streets below.
