    Charming tiny home in very quiet setting near the university.

    Some nice sheets and fuller pillows would make it so much more comfortable. The automatic air freshener was loud enough to wake me from a light slumber. I would suggest taking that down or using one that can be turned off by your guests.

    It was relaxing and beautiful.

    The boat landing on the river is a big plus. Firepit great for cooking.

    Little more seating area.
