    Deutlich verschmutzte, teilweise defekte Wohnung mit erheblichen Abweichungen zur Anzeige

    Leider eine große Enttäuschung. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft deutlich verschmutzt (wir mussten selbst reinigen), mehrere Defekte (Dunstabzug, Intercom, Beleuchtung) sowie starke Abweichungen von den Fotos. Kommunikation schwierig, Probleme wurden nicht angemessen gelöst. 10% Erstattung absolut unzureichend. So nicht zu empfehlen.

    Eine Katastrophe

    Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet

    Die Heizung war im November viel zu kalt eingestellt. Abends sprang sie ganz aus. Morgens war es eiskalt, wir mussten unsere Jacken anziehen. Keine Abhilfe trotz täglicher Reklamation. Wir haben gefroren. Sehr unangenehm.

    bel appartement à l'hygiène déficiente

    tres bon emplacement et appartement spacieux et confortable mais beaucoup de points négatifs a signaler

    hygiène déplorable des taches de sang sur la housse de couette d'un des 2 grands lits - dans la cuisine la hotte était tellement sale que l'on n'a même pas oser la faire fonctionner. dans 1 des 2 salle de bain au-dessus du lavabo un des 2spots ne fonctionnait pas - dans la petite salle de douche la fixation du pommeau était cassé - le dossier d'un des 2fauteuils de la loggia était complètement déchiré bref beaucoup de hoses à revoir
