    De ligging. Pal in het centrum van Oostende. Een hippe studio met alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook koel in de zomer. Weinig rechtstreeks zonlicht. Een goed bed.

    Niet vooraf meegedeelde problemen met de lift. De deur van de lift op het gelijkvloers werkte niet. De trap moest genomen worden tot verdieping 1 en van daar af kon je dan de lift nemen. Dat bleek niet zo duidelijk uit de opgehangen berichtjes. Pas in de lift, was er wel een duidelijke uitleg te vinden. Andere gasten hebben me geholpen. De extra online administratie via Huswell die ook verwarrend was. Ze communiceren vooral in het Engels. Voor mij geen probleem maar niet iedereen spreekt Engels. In een automatisch antwoord op de chat in Booking.com , kreeg ik meermaals een automatisch antwoord dat ik niet zo moest communiceren maar wel naar een huswell mailadres. In de praktijk kreeg ik dan toch een antwoord. Ten slotte: het bleek maar laat dat het een check-in was met een sleutelkluis zonder de aanwezigheid van een persoon. Dus voor de check-in kan je binnen wanneer je wil vanaf 17u. Niemand staat je op te wachten. De tv: er was iets met de kabels niet in orde. Ik kreeg van Huswell een manual doorgestuurd maar het lukte me nog niet. Ik had dit ook in eerdere feedback zien staan maar eens ter plaatse komen, doen ze blijkbaar niet.

    Fan!

    De locatie was top! Alles in Oostende was dichtbij en we hadden uitzicht op de zee. De trap af en je kon het strand op lopen. De communicatie was heel duidelijk en we wisten precies hoe we naar binnen moesten.
