Excellent location! Well kept apartment!
The apartment is centrally located in a nice neighborhood with lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, vintage shops, pharmacies and groceries stores. One can easily walk by foot to and from the tourists sites and major attractions (just need to figure out geographically where one is). The apartment is not huge but it is well laid out - toilet and bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area below a loft bed which has enough space to ensure you are not hitting your head to the concrete ceiling. The apartment is clean and well kept. On my second day, I discovered that I can take bus #25, a short distance walk from apartment, to the beach (20 minutes bus ride) so I took advantage of it.
The toilet has a very small sink with no mirror so it is hard to shave. I will suggest installing a bigger sink with space for a cup to use for brushing teeth.

Piccola ma carataristica
Sono stato ospite con mio figlio (5 anni) in questa casa piccola ma molto accogliente e ben organizzata,in corte, in ristrutturazione ma molto bella. Posizione eccellente per muoversi in bici in tutta la città. Ho visto il lavandino più piccolo della mia vita
Sarebbe bello poter mettere la bici in corte di notte invece che lasciarla in strada

Great, I would recommend this property and would stay here again.
Amazing location, easy check in/out, and great communication with host. The property had everything I needed. Hot water was hot. AC and WiFi worked well. The bed/mattress was very comfortable. Refrigerator had enough space. I really enjoyed my stay!
The room smelled a little musty when all the windows/doors were closed and AC/fan were off. There were lots of drain flies buzzing around.
