    La ubicación. Bajas y enseguida está el puerto. Dos calles más arriba (con cuestas empinadas) suele haber aparcamiento siempre y gratis. En la misma acera hay un pequeño super y un restaurante de barrio donde se come bien, con muy buena atención. Aunque no tiene aire acondicionado, y solo un ventilador, no se pasa calor. La ventilación cruzada permite airear bien. La sala-cocina y el baño están bien. Se agradece algunas cosas que dejan. Cuenta con lavadora y pequeño patio con tendedero, plancha y secador. La comunicación es rápida y amable. La apertura del portal y del piso mediante app permite que varias personas desde una aplicación puedan entrar y salir sin problema.

    Las toallas y ropa de cambio piden cambio. No inspiran confianza. Ropa de cama con manchas y un blanco muy poco blanco. El colchón no tiene cubre colchón y tiene manchas. El armario de la habitación grande huele mucho a humedad, no dejamos ropa en su interior. La apertura mediante app exige no tener ningún problema con el telefóno de conexión o batería.

    They was nobody to meet us. We arrived after 7.00 in the evening . An app was required to open the door of apartment. I had partly set up . It was impossible to see what numbers I was entering in my phone as it was dark and no light outside the door. I rang the owner several times. I only got one call back and was told to just on on the email sent and read the instructions. They were taking no phone calls only text. Not helpful. 2. The sheets and pillows were changed but all stained. Again I texted and was told it was from constant use. All sheets and pillows and towels needed to be changed to new ones.
