    We didn’t stay because of the issues stated and the surrounding apartments looked very run down.

    Nothing, we didn’t stay in the property, the door had two plastic strips screwed above and below the lock which didn’t scream security.

    Didn’t like the door which had two plastic strips screwed to it, made it feel very unsafe. When mentioned to the owner he was quite dismissive and, although we never mentioned it, said that he wouldn’t be blackmailed into giving us a refund. Don’t think we’ll ever go to a private managed property again.

    Avoid, had to move.

    Nothing Please avoid. Residential block overlooking busy road No safety( gates always open) Kitchen falling to bits, ( doors falling off) filthy Roaches all over ( even in draws) Kettle and hob ( no microwave or even toaster) Even crockery chipped and cracked( not that we would used)

    Very good bathroom ( only thing renovated in years) Washing machine Sunny balcony ( but very noisy) View was walls of La Penita

    Excellent location, very comfortable apartment indeed with everything I needed. Highly recommended!!! The owner was very helpful and most obliging.
