Every thing was perfect z my dad was in the hospital and we are from out of town. We had everything we needed and felt comfortable !

Excellent location and host, we enjoyed our long weekend trip!
The host is wonderful, very quick to respond to any questions. The location is great for those that want to see Charleston but also be close to the beach and other attractions like the Angel Oak Tree. Folly beach is a short distance away (by car). There's the option of biking there but we haven't tried. Beach chairs were available at the property to take with you as well.
It's on us, really, but we didn't pay attention to there only being 1 bathroom in the property when booking, which for 5 people was OK, but obviously a bit limiting at crunch time. The road to Folly beach can be busy depending on time of day

It's within walking distance to a café, Publix grocery store, and strip mall. It's residential and homey, and quick access to the freeway and downtown, within 10 minute drive. Super convenient location. Enjoyed our stay. The house has basic spices and spray oils. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, swabs and soaps. Beach towels are available for use. The screened in back porch was super cute for coffee in the morning.
Intermittent smoking from the next door neighbor. Limited our enjoyment of the back porch.

The Casita is in a great location, is very clean, had everything we needed and super comfortable beds. We love the Melton Peter Demetri park was close by, proximity to grocery, gas and restaurants in addition to the beach and downtown areas. Communication was top notch! Would definitely stay again!
